Introduction
Do you know how to cook omurice?
I chose omurice. I've always loved omurice because my mother often makes it for me. I'd only made it a few times before this opportunity, but I wanted to improve my omurice skills and make it for everyone, so I chose this subject.
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil (divided)
• 150g chicken (cut into small pieces)
• 1/2 onion (chopped)
• 3 mushrooms (sliced)
• 1/4 green pepper (chopped)
• 1 1/2 cups steamed rice
• 2-3 table spoon ketchup (plus extra for topping)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 eggs
Steps:
1. Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan and cook the chicken until done
2. Add the onion, mushrooms, and green pepper, and stir until soft
3. Add rice to the pan and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper
4. Turn off the heat, add ketchup, and mix well. off
5. In another pan, heat 1 table spoon of oil.
6. Beat the eggs and pour them into the pan to make a round omelet. the heat, add ketchup,

7. Place the rice in the middle of the omelet and fold it over the rice.
8. Flip the omelet onto a plate using a plate or spatula.
9. Add ketchup on top and serve. mix well

Conclusion
I made omurice for the first time in a while, and I think it turned out better than I expected. However, if you are going to make it, I have some advice for you. That is, you shouldn't use a frying pan that is too big. Because if you use a big one, the eggs will spread too much and you won't be able to make it well.
