Gifts for parents

My birthday is in March, so I turned 18 this year. Now that I'm legally an adult, I gave my parents a pair of running shoes each to show my gratitude for raising me to adulthood. It took up a third of my monthly salary, but I think I was able to show my gratitude to them, even if only a little.
